4. Subscription Fees, Billing, and Cancellations
Subscriptions to premium tiers (Pro at $11.99/mo and Elite at $14.99/mo) are managed securely via Stripe. You authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will stop future renewals and take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. All subscription sales are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
5. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions
The quantitative screening engine, proprietary database scripts, GICS classification matrices, and visual sentiment SVGs are the exclusive intellectual property of AlphaSignal Pro Ai. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the data feed. You agree not to scrape, redistribute, republish, resell, or commercialize the stock table data or recommendations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaSignal Pro Ai, its developers, and its founder shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including trading losses, lost profits, or data corruption, resulting from your use of or reliance on the platform.
